Upon entering the Condominium, the first thing you see is the incredible view of the Ocean from the door of the house, and the further you go inside it, the closer you get to the sea.
You can be preparing your favorite breakfast and have a spectacular view of Banderas Bay, or have a coffee in the morning while watching the dolphins play or the whales jump; or if you prefer, have a glass of wine watching the sunset. All this from one of the balconies.
Just as you can contemplate different views from each balcony of the house.

From every corner of the Condominium you can hear the pleasant and relaxing sound of the ocean.

In addition to seeing the beauty of the ocean, the beach, the mountains, the river and the entire port, from practically all the rooms and of course, from all the balconies.

LUXURY

The condo is decorated with very high quality furniture, appliances, linens, cooking utensils …. etc. At all times you can see and feel the quality and it is decorated and equipped to make you feel at home and do not miss anything.

Equipments:
The condo also has a speed of 100 Mbps to the router by ethernet one 50 Mbps by Wifi.

Spaces:
1. The master bedroom has a spectacular view from the left side of the bedroom, you can enjoy an incredible view of the Bay and the wonderful ocean. In front of the main bed you will be able to contemplate how the sun rises from the mountains of the Sierra Madre. You can enjoy these views from the sliding glass doors of the bedroom, or from the spacious living room (inside the room), or from the balcony or even better, from the King Size bed.

Also included in the master bedroom is a 55 «smart tv, a Roku player and a cable TV box.

There is a spacious bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi which is reached through the walking closet that separates the bedroom from the bathroom.

2. The second room has a double bed and a bunk bed that in turn has a double bed and two single beds. For a total of 4 beds in this room and its own private bathroom and a very spacious closet. The views are to the river and the mountains of the Sierra Madre. It has a 55 «flat screen TV and a Roku player.

3. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, and a window with a beautiful view of the ocean and the complex’s infinity pool. It also has its own private bathroom. Also included is a 55 ”flat screen TV and Roku player.

4. The fourth bedroom has a king Sizes bed, it is an interior bedroom that does not have a view. It has a full bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.

Rules

These are the Rules of the Condominium Complex Administration, not our rules as owners.

Only the people reflected in the reservation can enter the apartment, in case of entering an extra person, $1000 Mexican pesos per person per night will be charged.

1. Maximum 10 people registered in the condominium (children included).
2. Visits are not allowed.
3. No pets allowed
4. Smoking is not allow anywhere in the condo

5. Bracelets will be provided to each person who is part of the reservation. Once the Lodging is over these bracelets will be returned. The loss, breakage of said bracelet will have a replacement cost of 2000 pesos per bracelet. These bracelets identify them as guests of the condominium complex and give them access to all areas of the development and quick access to security filters.

They must fill out a document for their check in that is sent to them in advance via email, where they will have to include an identification and names of all the people who are part of the reservation and information of the vehicle in which they travel so that they can enter the property, all of this is sent to the administration of the development and is handled as confidential information for your security.

(If you do not follow the rules there is a fine of $200 USD per day.) 

The consumption of electricity has an extra charge, the cost of kWh is 4 pesos. The meter is read on the day of arrival and the day of departure, and the difference in kWh consumed is what is charged. Payment will be made in cash upon check-out.
