Only the people reflected in the reservation can enter the apartment, in case of entering an extra person, $1000 Mexican pesos per person per night will be charged.
1. Maximum 6 people registered in the condominium (children included).
2. Visits are not allowed.
3. No pets allowed
4. Smoking is not allow anywhere in the condo
5. Bracelets will be provided to each person who is part of the reservation. Once the Lodging is over these bracelets will be returned. The loss, breakage of said bracelet will have a replacement cost of 2000 pesos per bracelet. These bracelets identify them as guests of the condominium complex and give them access to all areas of the development and quick access to security filters.
They must fill out a document for their check in that is sent to them in advance via email, where they will have to include an identification and names of all the people who are part of the reservation and information of the vehicle in which they travel so that they can enter the property, all of this is sent to the administration of the development and is handled as confidential information for your security.
(If you do not follow the rules there is a fine of $200 USD per day.)
The consumption of electricity has an extra charge, the cost of kWh is 4 pesos. The meter is read on the day of arrival and the day of departure, and the difference in kWh consumed is what is charged. Payment will be made in cash upon check-out.
