Enjoy a beautiful original decoration. The living room balcony has an outdoor seating area to enjoy the beautiful garden views. The unit has high speed internet and cable TV. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, pots, pans and utensils, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, knife set, cooking and even serving utensils. Attached bathrooms include bath towels, bath mat, washcloths, and hand towels. Towels for up to 6 people.

Marbella is a private property with 24 hour security on site. There is private parking on site. The complex has a swimming pool and excellent gardens. 

Rules

Security:
You must have identification to enter the property. It is necessary to previously send identification of all the members of the reserve, for their registration in security. Only the people reflected in the reservation can enter the property. Consider that if an extra person enters, you will be charged $50 USD per person, per night.

NOT ALLOW TO MAKE NOISE, from 10pm to 9am.
NOT LOUD MUSIC IS ALLOWED whoever ignores and security reports non-compliance there will be a penalty of $200 USD. The tranquility of the condominium is very important for everyone.
NOT PARTYS In case there is a warning for bad behavior of the guest, there is a sanction of  $200 USD per day.
NOT SMOKING allowed in the apartment, bedrooms nor bathroom. If you do, there is a penalty of $50 USD per day of stay. Smoking is only allowed in gardens.
NO VISITORS ALLOWED
NO PETS ALLOWED

BRACELETS will be provided to each person who is part of the reservation. Once the Lodging is over these bracelets will be returned. The loss, breakage of said bracelet will have a replacement cost of 2000 pesos per bracelet. These bracelets identify them as guests of the condominium complex and give them access to all areas of the development and quick access to security filters.

POOL HOURS The use of the pool can only be used at times established by the condominium administration. (From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
It is not allowed to enter the pool WITHOUT a swimsuit.

We ask you to take good care of the light, if you do not need to turn off, use the AC moderately, and turn off all use of light and air conditioning when leaving the apartment**

Cleaning: The guest must leave the apartment picked up, dishes washed, without excessive garbage. in any case ignoring this, a penalty of $ 30 USD will be charged.
